The applicant must complete, sign and date an application for the Tobacco License.

Return the completed application and $10.00 fee to our office at 1819 Farnam, Room H08, Omaha, NE 68183. The County Clerk/Comptroller must sign the tobacco license and the seal must be affixed for the license to be valid. The license will be sent out by certified mail.
