The applicant must complete, sign and date the Locksmith License Application. Return the application and the $5.00 fee to the County Clerk/Comptroller's office at 1819 Farnam, Room H08, Omaha, NE 68183. The County Clerk/Comptroller must sign the locksmith license and the seal must be affixed for the license to be valid. The license will be returned to you via certified mail. |
